Shipping Policy
Order processing (the time it takes for us to prepare your order) is 3-7 business days. After we prepare your order, USPS takes up to 3 business days to deliver the package. Shipping may take longer due to USPS delays. Please check your tracking number.

International orders are sent via UPS, and also include a tracking number.

My package never arrived although it says delivered:
