Shipping and Refund Policies
Order processing (the time it takes for us to prepare your order) is 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends nor holidays. After we prepare your order and deliver it to USPS, USPS takes 3 business days (on average) to deliver your package. Shipping may take longer due to USPS delays. Please check your tracking number.
International orders are sent via USPS and also include tracking.
My package never arrived although it says delivered:
We’re so sorry to hear of this. Please use your tracking number to file a claim with USPS.
We do not accept exchanges or returns and do not issue refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there’s an issue with your order (email@example.com).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 72 hours of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s).
