Solace Healing & Wellness, formerly Solace Crystals, was manifested and created from a place of love. I had a deep desire to help others with spiritual growth through the healing properties of crystals. Overtime, I was guided to expand to energy healing. My technique includes reiki, movement, breath work, meditation, and self-reflection. I believe that by using the principles of metaphysical anatomy, we can heal ourselves.
