Metaphysical Anatomy Session

During your metaphysical anatomy session, we'll explore physical ailments to get to the root of emotional and physical imbalances. I use a combination of self-reflection techniques, breath work, and movement. The session is intuitively guided. I look forward to working with you. This session maybe virtual or at your location.
